Apple as a company - A+
Apple as a company is great! However, each store is has their own issues. The one thing i found to be true is that the majority of management think they are the sh*t. I had one manager and she was a complete closet racist. Micro aggression all around. She is the epitome of walking really fast to make it look like you are contributing. She would always be like I'm going to be in the repair room and that is where she would sit and gossip until another manager came to the floor then all of a sudden she was coaching. What made it worst the other managers knew but did nothing as all the employees would say something but it would get swept under the rug. The pay and benefits are awesome so people stay to take advantage of those things but you can't change a culture if no one puts in the work to address the people ruining that culture.
